BookingFleet.com is a platform that is providing services to guests who intend to book Accommodations at their convenience during their travel plan. BookingFleet.com takes all necessary security precautions to protect guests' and accommodators’ rights. The privacy and security of the guests and other users of BookingFleet.com are the primary motives of the Organization. BookingFleet.com also communicates to the Accommodators and other parties linked to this business that safeguarding customer rights and the rights of all other parties linked to this business is a must for BookingFleet.com.

BookingFleet.com will not be liable in a case where partial or complete rights of guests or online users have been hindered by parties other than BookingFleet.com so BookingFleet.com will not be responsible for those damages.   

BookingFleet.com will try to settle a dispute between a guest and an Accommodator at the initial stages through communication in good faith. BookingFleet.com will not be liable to get involved in legal proceedings that have been initiated due to the loss of physical or virtual Assets caused by the guest to the Accommodator or loss of physical or virtual Assets caused by the Accommodator to the guest.

BookingFleet.com will not be liable for any sort of damages or losses which are intentionally or unintentionally made by any one of the two parties throughout the process of online booking on BookingFleet.com till the last stage of checking out of the Accommodation.

Legal Proceedings

The guests and online users of BookingFleet.com are supposed to follow the ethical and legal procedures of interacting with and dealing with BookingFleet.com and all the stakeholders linked to this service. In case the guests or online users of BookingFleet.com by any means harm the physical or online assets of the organization or its connected stakeholders so BookingFleet.com holds the right to approach the law authorities for the protection of its rights and its stakeholders or to claim the damages caused to BookingFleet.com and its stakeholders.

The Accommodator also has a right to approach law enforcing authorities if their physical or virtual assets are harmed by the guests during or prior to the stay at their respective Accommodation.   

Penalties

BookingFleet.com holds the right to charge a penalty to guests/users of BookingFleet.com in a case where any sort of damage is caused by the guests to the virtual or physical assets of BookingFleet.com or other related business stakeholders. Penalties will be imposed in all cases where the guest has committed an act that has caused BookingFleet.com or other related business stakeholders to suffer a loss of reputation or monetary value.

The guests agree to pay all sorts of penalties that are charged to them by the Accommodator for all sorts of damages that are caused by the guests to the virtual or physical assets of the Accommodator. BookingFleet.com will not be liable to waive or pay the penalties charged by the Accommodator to the guest in case of any damage or misconduct of the terms and conditions of the Accommodator or any other business authority involved in the service process.
