BookingFleet.com is an online Accommodation booking Service platform which has originated from Pakistan, whereas the company has widespread global presence in multiple countries through numerous Affiliates and Business partners.  

Does BookingFleet.com provide Accommodation of its own?

BookingFleet.com is simply an online platform that bridges the gap between the Accommodator and the people who are looking for comfortable travel experiences. BookingFleet.com facilitates the communication & exchange of information between Accommodators and Travelers.

What’s the process of sign-up on BookingFleet.com?

Stage 1

The web visitors/travelers/guests who intend to avail the services of BookingFleet.com need to fill in the following information which shall be comprised of but not limited to:

  • First-Middle-Last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Contact #
  • Email
  • ID # or Passport #
  • Credit Card/Debit Card/Other Payment Card details
  • Tenure of Accommodation/Stay (from-to)
  • Total # of guests seeking Accommodation
  • & other information

 

Stage 2

  1. After entering all your valuable details you will be submitting your information to BookingFleet.com by clicking on the Submit/Book now button.
  2. By submitting your information you agree to all the business terms and conditions conveyed/mentioned via the website and through other modes of communication.

Note: In a case where incomplete information is submitted so submission will not be processed by the online registration system.  

Stage 3

  1. After submission of all the valuable information by the user or guest of BookingFleet.com, the user or guest will receive a code of confirmation link to their email or cellphone to confirm their profile authenticity.
  2. Upon clicking on the provided link or submitting the code the profile will be verified.
  3. The user or guest can now log in to their Account and mention more details about their booking.

 

Stage 4

  1. All the submitted information of guests will be reviewed by an automated system or the Human Intensive department of BookingFleet.com.
  2. The customer service department of BookingFleet.com holds the right to verify the submitted details of guests by contacting them directly or contacting the particular financial or legal authorities with whom the data is linked.
  3. In a case where the organization feels that the submitted information is fake or not true to the fullest so BookingFleet.com can cancel the registration of guests for valid business reasons (as mentioned in “Usage of BookingFleet.com” and in other legal documents of BookingFleet.com).

 

Stage 5

  1. BookingFleet.com will proceed with the submitted information and the portal will act accordingly as per the interaction of the user/guest with BookingFleet.com.
  2. The Booking of the guests will be processed and payment cards will be charged accordingly by the Accommodator.

How can I be sure that my booking process has been successfully completed?

Upon successful completion of the booking process on BookingFleet.com, you will receive an email on your submitted email address.

Why is my booking rejected?

  1. Booking can be rejected in a case where a user of BookingFleet.com is not submitting the valid information required to be completed at every stage of the booking process so your booking will be disapproved by the automated system.
  2. Booking can be rejected in case of submitting fake or bogus information.
  3. Booking can be rejected in a case where the user is submitting expired ID cards or Payment cards
  4. Booking can be rejected in a case where payment cards are not chargeable.
  5. Booking can be rejected under Force Majeure (uncontrollable situations).

 

Can I reduce or extend my duration of stay at the Accommodation, differing from that which I had booked first?

Yes, you can reduce your period of stay but you are liable to pay the charges that are applicable for reduction of booked rooms or service as that room or service was made unavailable for other guests because of your prior booking.

Can I extend my duration of stay?

The matter of extending a stay remains between the guest and the Accommodator. In case your room is assigned to some other guest prior to your decision to extend your stay so the Accommodator will provide you an alternate room if it is available.  

The data that I submitted during the sign-up process to BookingFleet.com, is it secured?     

BookingFleet.com takes all the necessary steps to protect user data and also communicates with its affiliated parties to protect the guest/user data and not to disclose it without consent of user/guest approval or if necessary by law or a valid business need.

Will the hotel provide Airport Transportation?

It varies from Accommodation to Accommodation. The Accommodators who provide this facility will charge for transportation separately and service details/charges will be provided Accommodators themselves.

What if my valuables are lost within the premises of the Accommodation?

In this case contact your Accommodator, as BookingFleet.com is not responsible for any sort of lost materials, luggage or any other valuables of the guests.

What if my valuables are lost/left out in the transport that I used to travel to the Accommodation?

You are supposed to inform the particular transportation service that you have lost or missed out your valuables in the particular cab or vehicle. If the transportation service is provided by the Accommodator so the Accommodator is supposed to be informed immediately by the guest about the lost materials.   

Can I cancel my Booking?

Yes, you cancel your booking but you will have to bear the applicable cancellation charges fees, and taxes.

Who will be responsible for my refund?

In any case where you as a guest are supposed to be refunded due to any valid reason so BookingFleet.com will not be responsible for the refund. If any refund is due so the refund matter will be dealt between guest and the Accommodator.

What if I am dissatisfied with the services of an Accommodator will I get a refund from BookingFleet.com?  

In case you’re dissatisfied with the services of an Accommodator so you can share your feedback at customerservices@bookingfleet.com with a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

BookingFleet.com will assess your complaint/feedback and look forward to the improvement of overall services that are being delivered by Accommodators. Bookingfleet.com is not liable for any sort of refund after a booking has been processed.
